AFAIK, only 7 submissions exceed 2 hours in length, and only the Batman one you mentioned seems to be of any merit. Two of them are padded out with empty space, one's a visual novel, and the rest are compilations.
Even if you stay within the 90 minute range, there's 14 additional movies. There are two movies that are either "original property" or "doesn't suck"

Either way, it's refreshing you still want to make this animation feature-length, even if it takes you a few years to complete. A cool 96 minutes should be attainable (no prizes why I picked this number). No need to James Cameron the whole thing.
I've already surpassed 100 minutes* and need more time to resolve a few threads.
