character animation's improved a lot, they no longer feel like cardboard cutouts with just the mouth moving

thanks! this one is new too, more animated and less repetitive stuff. This one is a little strategical ep, it's very simple took me few time to do it but i got somethings on mind to do with it

best episode yet, the animation quality has improved a lot, it could still be better but that comes from experience

funny visuals, cool action, and it wasn't 40 hours long like some of the previous episodes

I also appreciate how you explain references to Brazilian memes and stuff in the subtitles

(I watched about 11 minutes of episode 5, but honestly found it pretty boring, most of the same criticisms of the beach episode apply there)

Thanks! this one is based on most of the feedback i did receive by can be summed by: shorter and more animations.
This one is meant to be the eofs business card (until i can make a better one on the future). I always wanted to make a gunfight scene. The explanation of brazlian stuff is like how the subbed animes has explanation of japanese stuff, thank you a lot dude, those reviews were great!
haha yeah, the episode 5 is boring as shit indeed, i tried to do something explaining a little more of the characters, lore and shit, ended up looking like a stupid weird soup opera, thankfully i won't need another episode trying to explain shit, how some say "the hardest part is the beginning" i think even the boring part of the beach ep is better than that one haha boring eofs is like funeral doom death metal but on animation, thanks dude, you're awesome, hails from brazil

this episode doesn't really have any jokes, (other than the rpg parody thing). It's just a bunch of political commentary.

It's definitely possible to make politcial commentary funny*, but this just isn't

*an example I can think of is the episode of Futurama where there's a big ball of garbage coming to destroy Earth, and the solution they come up with is to create an identical ball of garbage to throw at the first one, which means humanity in the future would eventually have to deal with the same problem twice, but nobody really gives a shit because they see the short term solution as good enough.

the Futurama example would be an 'implicit ideology', because the narrative of the episode is about dealing with the garbage ball, while the ideology presented is about the problems arisng from short term solutions with long term consequences

this episode is an 'explicit ideology', because there isn't really much of a narrative, and you're only using the cartoon to present your ideology

in case you were wondering, there's also a 'neutral ideology' where the media product created carries no ideology whatsover and only exists for entertainment

yeah, this ep is garbage indeed lol, i wrote and made this one back when i was a stupid right winged liberal, i was so dumb, the mining company here brazil ain't even a state company, it's privatized since the 90s lol. it was also a test on how fast i could put animation, 2 days the animation was done plus 1 more day to record the va and mix with the animation, ambiance sound etc, pretty fast but the writing once again did ruin it
Thankfully I'm not a right winged liberal anymore (it doesn't mean i'm a left wing), now I'm totally against privatizing strategic state companies (like mining, petrol, energy power, mail, social security, basic sanitation, etc)
Back then i thought if i were to make a polemic adult cartoon in order to get some fans it would be like entering on a faction, i would have to support one or some groups (in the case the right wings) and attack the other groups (left wings, commies, and such). I managed to show this ep to some right wings and liberals, even to a right winged journalist, they all had positive feedback about this political commentary
But i was wrong, it's not like that, nor i gotta the support nor the hate of specific groups (it's interesting, it's been 10 months i did release this cartoon, and no polemics yet, i have a theory why but it would make this reply even longer) but i got followers and people of all kind who did enjoy my stuff, right wings, left wings, christians, atheists, satanists, man, woman, straight, lgbt, etc, etc
Some episodes ain't meant to be funny at all, they're supposed to be just social criticism, i'm heavily inspired by grindcore music, Napalm Death, Brutal Truth, Agathocles, etc.
I won't be making right winged liberal episodes like that anymore, the social criticism will be smarter. Anyway thanks for your review dude, i'll surely keep this on mind, while doing the social criticism put something else, like comedy or something interesting, thank you a lot.

there's often only one character shown at a time, which makes it hard to remember how many characters are in the scene, and sometimes makes conversations harder to follow than they should be

I thought the girl with blue hair was a boy, seeing as you drew all the girls with fucking massive badoinkadoinks. The character designs in general are all too similar to eachother

I liked the bit where blue hair girl explodes the littering guy in the ocean, overall I like the visual jokes a lot more than the dialogue ones, I also like shaking the blood off at 12:14, and most of the other visual jokes I can't be fucked finding the timestamps

the animation is pretty limited, I get that the show (or at least this episode) is carried by its writing, but still, having the characters change expression more (like at 4:57) would be better. Even better would be having the characters change expressions and move their facial features around more while talking, which would allow you to place more emphasis on certain words

I like the background jokes, such as the impaled guy at 3:19

the pacing and structure of this episode is kinda weird, I didn't know it was meant to be a magical girl parody thing until blue hair girl started throwing out fireballs. I also don't get the part at the start with the woman arguing about having her dog on the beach. Like it doesn't really work into the larger episode where the main conflict is the guy in the mech suit. If she came back later in the episode in some way she would at least serve some purpose. Same sort fo thing with the mob of communists, they just get nuked and that's it, then the cops show up, then they fuck off, there's a lot of shit that happens but doesn't contribute to anything. I imagine this problem is probably worse in the 51 min extended version, I might watch that if I'm drunk or high or something

my overall criticism is that the jokes are funny, but not frequent enough, the character animation could be way better, and too much shit that doesn't contribute to the plot makes the runtime way longer than it really needs to be

yo, yeah, it's one of the experimental features i did talk about, it's one of the gimmicks the episodes being very long (kinda like naruto having a lot of fillers and 5 minutes on dragon ball being very long), but it's surely not giving good results (at least on those first months of my career) i will be aiming for shorter and more animated episodes like the super trouble 7 min ep.
I surely gotta improve the writing, less of mindless stuff and more interesting visual features
